Swipe, a Binance portfolio company announces acquisition of Spend

Swipe, which is a Binance portfolio company today announces the acquisition of Spend.com. This acquisition by Swipe is for its crypto-fiat infrastructure mission.

With this acquisition, Swipe will provide a greater depth of white label digital asset issuing & banking services powered by SXP.

According to the official blog post, US cardholders holding active Spend Visa Cards and Wallet accounts will be instructed in the near future on how to migrate their Cards & Wallet funds to the Swipe platform.

Joselito Lizarondo, Swipe’s Chief Executive Officer stated, “We are extremely excited with this acquisition as it boot straps our infrastructure plans for Swipe’s b2b business internally. All of our services offered through SwipeX require $SXP as the payment currency.”

Spend which is now acquired by Swipe is a payment company that provides crypto-fiat banking and card issuing products.
