The giant cryptocurrency platform, Binance along with Malta Stock Exchange joined hands to establish a new crypto exchange. The main reason behind this integration is to build a security token platform.

The sources reported that this security token will enable the traders to transfer and settle the security tokens with the easement.

It further suggested that Binance was the one who took initiative to expand its business and services to Malta. The memorandum of understanding signed with the platform will help the firm to explore its business more rapidly.

The CEO of Binance, Wei Zhou expressed his happiness by stating that the platform is really excited to build the blockchain ecosystem in the country.

His the statement read as:

“This partnership will allow Binance and MSE to host traditional financial assets on blockchain technology via security tokens. We look forward to bringing more innovation to Malta and further establishing our presence here.”

Well, this is the not the first agreement between the duo. Last year also MSE revealed to “joined forces” with Binance. This agreement was done to establish a programme that was especially developed to support the start-ups.

Although, the partnership doesn’t turn out to be a fruitful one.

The chairman of the MSE, Joseph Portelli accepted the fact that there has been no official agreement, although the reporter unveiled it.

He further added that the two parties had just agreed to work together with the aim to support each other.

Let’s wait and watch what will be the further course of a action. Till then stay tuned with us for latest updates.
